We ship domestic orders with Australia Post and tracking details will automatically be sent to you once your items are dispatched.

Free shipping within Australia with Auspost for all domestic purchases* or upgrade to Domestic Express shipping (1 - 3 business days) for $15.00 AUD*

International Shipping

All international orders are sent via Auspost or DHL courier and tracking details will automatically be sent to you once your items are dispatched. International orders are delivered within an estimated 3-10 business days.

International orders - Small parcels - $45 AUD

International orders - Medium-Large parcels - $85 AUD

DHL Express - Small parcels $85 AUD

DHL Express - Medium-large parcels $170 AUD

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

If an item is faulty please contact us within 48 hours of your package arrival via email at hello@kot-j.com Once your return has been approved please return to us within 7 business days.

Import Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered, duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected by the postage carrier at time of delivery.
