Domestic Shipping

We ship domestic orders with Australia Post and tracking details will automatically be sent to you once your items are dispatched. Orders over $2000.00 will be couriered with added insurance.

Free domestic shipping with Auspost for orders valued  over $500.00 AUD*

All orders $499.00 AUD and under

• Standard shipping 2 - 7 business days - $10.00 AUD
• Express shipping 1 - 3 business days - $20.00 AUD

International Shipping

All international orders are sent via Auspost or DHL courier and tracking details will automatically be sent to you once your items are dispatched. All orders over $1,000 AUD will be sent with insurance. International orders are delivered within an estimated 3-10 business days.

International orders valued $1999.00 AUD and under - $75 AUD

International orders valued $2,000 AUD and over - $150 AUD

We will obtain a quote prior to dispatch for items of exceptional value or delicacy prior to dispatch. 

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

If an item is faulty please contact us within 48 hours of your package arrival via email at hello@kot-j.com Once your return has been approved please return to us within 7 business days.

Import Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered, duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected by the postage carrier at time of delivery.
